Red Rocks

You may know Red Rocks Amphitheater from the music videos of bands such as One Republic’s “I Lived,” Zac Brown Band’s “Keep Me In Mind,” and even U2 “Sunday Bloody Sunday,” but for us Coloradans, Red Rocks is used for so much more than just a concert venue.

Located approximately 11 miles west of Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater has held concerts, graduations, and other events such as “Movie on the Rocks” for over 9,000 people for a little over 100 years. On any given day, one will see many people using the stairs for a place to work out, while getting an amazing view of Morrison, Colorado.

Weather it's enjoying music outdoors, doing "Yoga on the Rocks" with other fellow yogis, or experiencing all the wildlife around the grounds, the Red Rocks Amphitheater has something for everyone and is 100% worth seeing while in Colorado.

Side note: if possible, make it a point to go for sunrise or sunset and you'll find yourself falling in love with Denver all over again.
